Bahirji Ajai Ghorpade

Bahirji A Ghorpade took on the charge of the company in June 2020, after serving the company across functions and roles, starting from the position of a Management Trainee, and later, contributing to areas such as project accounting, corporate affairs, material management, finance, administration and general management.

A commerce graduate specialising in finance from the Christ University, Bengaluru, he also holds a masters in finance and management degree and has completed his Company Secretary Executive Program from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. Bahirji has contributed significantly to the company’s HR development efforts and streamlining the recruitment procedures, which is an important part of SMIORE’s ethos and principles concerning the welfare of employees and labour management relations.
