Senior Management
Aditya S Ghorpade joined the Company in the year 1992. He pursued his PUC and B.Com from Vijayanagara College, Hosapet. He also attended a Management Programme conducted by I.I.M. Bangalore from August 24 to November 13, 1992. Aditya is also a passionate wildlife photographer. After working in different capacities inside the organisation, he is now working as President Plant operations from the year 2019.

Uttam Kumar Bhageria joined the Company on 15 September 2021 as Chief Financial Officer. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant. He holds around 20 years of experience in managing Finance & accounts of Manufacturing, Engineering and Consulting. Prior to joining us, he worked with prestigious organizations viz Steer Group of Companies and Deloitte. On 9 February 2022, he was appointed as Chief Risk Officer of the Company in addition to his role as Chief Financial Officer.

Neha Thomas is a qualified Company Secretary with six years of experience in corporate secretarial, governance and regulatory compliances. She is also a graduate of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA), UK and holds a postgraduate degree in Business Policy and Corporate Governance (M.Com) from IGNOU and a graduate degree in Commerce (B.Com) from Christ University, Bengaluru.
Neha joined the Company in October 2021 as Deputy Manager - Secretarial and was promoted to Manager - Secretarial in 2023 and to Senior Manager - Secretarial in 2024. On 4 November 2024, she was appointed Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company. Prior to her tenure with us, Neha gained valuable experience at Titan Company Limited and BMP & Co. LLP.
