The Board, based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, relieved Mohammed Abdul Saleem from the position of Whole Time Director, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company and redesignated him as Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 5 August 2024.
